Nations in 10/40 Window
Many of these countries are financially rich, highly advanced in technology, and have much to be proud of in terms of their achievements. However, they continue to be among the most unreached regions when it comes to experiencing God’s Love as expressed in the Word of God.
Maybe they have never heard about it at all !!
The unreached people groups are the grave reality in most of the regions in Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa. Many of them have not heard about Jesus or the truth their whole life.
maybe they have heard it wrong !!
Another truth is that they have heard it as a western religion trying to brainwash them and take advantage of them. When in reality Christ Jesus came to set us all free from every bondages.
God has empowered all who believe (Isaiah 61:1)
The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me because the Lord has anointed me to bring good news to the poor; he has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound;
God's sees availability not qualifications (Isaiah 60:22)
The least one shall become a clan, and the smallest one a mighty nation; I am the Lord; in its time I will hasten it.
( God’s promise to the nations, for the final days)
About Us
Comissão Global is a vision that God formed in the hearts of Philip and Sam, to organize and establish the various missions that God enabled them to pioneer or partner with, through more than a decade of ministry, in a challenging part of Asia.
We were raised in completely different parts of the world, surrounded by distinct cultures, languages, and life experiences. Our education, both professional and biblical, differed greatly, as did our food habits and many other aspects of life. Yet, the one common thread between us is our foundation in Christ Jesus and our dependence on God. This shared faith gives us the confidence that the Master Weaver is weaving us together as a part of a greater purpose He has for His Kingdom and Glory, using the richness of our differences and unique experiences.
What we are not !
This mission is the work of a larger body working together on the foundation of Christ Jesus. So we are not with an objective to establish another global organization or brand.
What we are !
But we are a part of the body of Christ, organizing and disciplining ourselves daily to work in partnership with local missions with an objective to reach, teach and commission, making leaders and releasing authority, and at the same time subject to the Biblical truths and accountable to each other.
OUR FOCUS
To fulfill the vision God has purposed in us to “Reach, Teach, and Challenge”, we have narrowed down our efforts into three main areas of focus. This allows us to remain dedicated and effective in pursuing the mission He has set before us.
The Mission Focus
In every mission we undertake, our primary focus is to remain lifelong learners of God’s nature by continually abiding in Christ. From there, we commit to being disciples ourselves, entering unengaged communities, sharing God’s love, discipling everyone who believes, and helping to commission those who embrace the challenge. All of this is done under the authority that Christ Jesus has given us, as outlined in His command in Matthew 28:18-20.
The Geographical Focus
The journey has always been challenging, but through every high and low, the work has continued to grow under the vision God has given us. We were always presented with greater opportunities, and now being led by God to take up the challenge, of expanding beyond borders, particularly into the 10-40 window. Our focus and prayers are centered on seeking His strength and provision to reach the unreached—especially among forgotten communities in vulnerable regions of India, neighboring Asian countries, and the Middle East—in His appointed time and His ways.
The Project Focus
With over 12 years of ministry as a family in the region and more than 20 years of personal experience, we have come to realize that the needs to be met are beyond the scope of any human institution. This realization has deepened our dependence on God to discern the work that needs to be done, identify the right people to partner with and determine the appropriate timing. Since 2020, through God’s guidance and the encouraging responses from local communities, as well as the strengthening of our connections, helped to organize and structure the various Missional efforts.
This significant process can be summarized in the following key steps:
- Collaborating with local partners to reach unengaged communities through initiatives such as:
– Literacy and empowerment programs for children, women, and adults
– Health, educational, and business support initiatives - Supporting the discipleship process and encouraging all who believe in God’s love by partnering with like-minded Bible scholars, Pastors, Missionaries, and Organizations.
- Casting vision, challenging, and equipping every disciple to become a leader under the authority of Christ Jesus.
